Processing Times
- Standard products: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Custom products: May require additional processing time before shipping.
- Bulk orders (10+ items): Please contact us for estimated processing time
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Processing times do not include shipping time.
Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, sales), processing times may be extended. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Domestic (Canada):
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $60 CAD (before taxes)
- Orders under $60 CAD: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Expedited shipping: Available at checkout for additional fee
International:
- Shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
- Free shipping threshold does not apply to international orders
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Carrier: Canada Post or other trusted carriers
- Estimated Delivery: 3–10 business days depending on location
- Urban areas: 3–5 business days
- Rural/remote areas: 7–10 business days
- PO Boxes: Accepted for standard shipping
- Signature Required: Not required unless specified

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Please note:
- Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are charged by your country and paid upon delivery or clearance.

- Address Accuracy: Ensure your address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.

- United States: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 10–21 business days
- Australia/Asia: 14–21 business days
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information (when available)
- Track your order through the carrier's website
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors or your building's mailroom, then contact the carrier
- Contact us if tracking hasn't updated in 7 days (domestic) or 14 days (international)
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrierIf your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for extended period), contact us and we will file a claim with the carrierConsider purchasing shipping insurance for high-value ordersWe recommend shipping to a secure location or requiring signature if concerned about theft
Incorrect Address:
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate
- We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of ordering
- Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at customer's expense
Refused or Unclaimed Packages:
- If you refuse delivery or fail to claim your package, it will be returned to us
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds for refused/unclaimed packages will be issued minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee (if applicable)

Please note that carrier delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, and high shipping volumes during holidays.
